Who Is Rothe Enterprises, Inc?
Rothe Enterprises, Inc. (REI) was founded in 2000 as a Women-Owned and HUBZone-certified Small Business. REI provides unique services such as Calibration & Metrology, Engineering, and Technical Services to the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA). Rothe Enterprises, Inc. shares affiliation with Rothe Development, Inc.

Rothe Enterprises, Inc. has a long history of providing reliable services and solutions to complex challenges in support of the National Aeronautics and Space Administration’s (NASA) mission.
Calibration & Metrology Lab
Rothe Enterprises, Inc. (REI), coupled with our affiliated legacy with Rothe Development, Inc. (RDI), brings over 55 years of expertise and skill in calibration and metrology. REI operates and manages a calibration laboratory serving NASA and their customers with thousands of equipment calibrations per year. We are proud of our dedication and hard work to have achieved accreditation in both ISO/IEC 17025 and ANSI/NCSL Z540.3, only the second NASA lab to achieve this milestone. The other NASA calibration laboratory to achieve the same is supported by RDI.
Engineering
We support engineering contracts and IDIQ vehicles that provide NASA and their customers with engineering, drafting, fabrication, installation, and provisioning of mockup and flight hardware. These activities support organizations such as the NASA/JSC Flight Operations Directorate (FOD) Neutral Buoyancy Laboratory (NBL) and Space Vehicle Mockup Facility (SVMF), the Aircraft Operations Division (AOD) at Ellington Field, and the Gateway Program which will provide extensive capabilities to support NASA’s Artemis program. We also support NASA Kennedy Space Center (KSC) ground and spaceflight system planning and design.
Technical Services
We serve NASA and their commercial space customers with a diverse set of services and capabilities. We support underwater pre-flight crew training, sounding rocket launches, landing recovery training operations, and pre and post launch space cargo logistics. In addition, we perform NASA center facility maintenance, and operate and/or maintain specialized laboratory and test facilities.
Cybersecurity Training & Awareness
The Rothe Enterprises team is highly skilled in the areas of cybersecurity training content development, instructional design, learning management, and system integrations. Our team members hold professional credentials in areas such as INFOSEC, education, human resources, and Information Technology. We work closely with programmers, instructional designers, database administrators, and systems engineers to meet customer requirements and support NASA’s Learning Management System (LMS).
Rothe Enterprises is an integral team member providing Cybersecurity and Privacy Services (CAPS) in support of NASA wide Information Technology (IT) Security training initiatives and program, including:
- Developing new training courses and supplemental materials
- Creating IT Security Awareness Materials and assisting all Centers with marketing IT Security Awareness Day Activities
- Providing NASA SATERN / Learning Management System Support
Cybersecurity Service Management
Rothe Enterprises, Inc. supports the Cybersecurity and Privacy Enterprise Solutions and Services (CyPrESS) enterprise contract within NASA’s Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) which allows NASA to provide optimal service delivery in cybersecurity services across the Agency through a Cybersecurity Service Line. Our expert contractor staff provides exceptional consultation in support of the service management areas and is fully trained and certified in Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) service management practices
